Season setup
Season settings help Captain HQ understand the league, level, format, and dates for your team.
League type
League type follows USTA TennisLink categories such as Adult, Mixed, Combo, Tri-Level, or Flexible Format. It controls the NTRP choices and recommended lineup format.
Choose the type that matches the official league for the season.
NTRP level
NTRP level is the rating division for the season. Changing it refreshes the official lineup format and recommended roster size for the selected league type.
This helps Captain HQ keep lineup checks aligned with the team level.
Lineup format
Lineup format is derived from the selected USTA league type and NTRP level. It shows how many singles and doubles lines are expected for each match.
Review the format before scheduling or building lineups so each match has the right courts.
Season term
Season term labels the season as Fall, Spring, Summer, or Winter. It helps organize schedules and reports alongside the selected year.
Use the term your league or team commonly uses for that season.
Flight dates
Flight dates are the competition window for this team flight. They usually match league dates, but you can adjust them when your flight starts or ends differently.
Accurate dates help keep schedules, reminders, and season reports in the right window.
