RSVP and availability

RSVPs help captains know who can play before they build a lineup. Please answer early, even if your answer is not final.

What In, Out, and Maybe mean

  • In means you expect to be available and willing to play.
  • Out means you cannot play that match.
  • Maybe means you are unsure. Use the note field if there is a condition, such as arriving late or waiting on work travel.

Captains build lineups from players who are In, so update your answer when your plans change.

Availability window

The availability window is the period when your captain needs your response. RSVP early so you can be considered before the lineup locks.

If the window has closed, you may still message your captain, but the lineup may already be in progress.

Captain RSVP tracking

Captains see players grouped by In, Maybe, Out, and Pending for each upcoming match. This helps them know who is ready before building or changing a lineup.

A Pending RSVP means the captain still needs an answer; a Maybe may require follow-up before it can become a lineup spot.

Good RSVP habits

  • RSVP for every match, even if you are usually unavailable.
  • Add a short note when your answer needs context.
  • Update your answer when plans change.
  • Do not wait for the captain to ask individually unless you truly do not know yet.
