Create a request in the app

In Captain HQ, open Help & Support, then choose Create a request. Include what you were trying to do, what happened, and the match, team, or season involved if that helps explain the issue.

You can also email support@captainhq.ai.

For account-specific help, email from the address connected to your Captain HQ account whenever possible. That helps us confirm the request belongs to you.

Real-person responses

Support responses come from a real person. Automated messages may confirm that we received your request, but a person reviews the issue and follows up.
