Recruiting and intake gates
Recruiting tools help captains move prospects from interest to a roster decision. Intake gates keep important steps visible along the way.
Intake gates
Intake gates are attached when you move a prospect into the Invited stage. The checklist follows that player until the steps are complete or removed.
Use gates for things like confirming interest, rating fit, contact details, or team expectations.
Required gates
Required gates must be completed before a prospect is considered ready to join the roster. Optional gates can still be tracked, but they do not block the captain decision.
Required steps help captains avoid adding someone before key details are settled.
Pipeline stage
The Invited stage is the handoff from recruiting interest to onboarding. Moving a prospect there attaches your default intake gate workflow.
Use stages to keep the recruiting board honest about where each person stands.
Gate status
Gate status tracks each intake step from open to complete on the prospect profile. Captains can edit the default gate list before saving.
A clear status makes it easier to know what still needs follow-up.
